Gozney products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty and, in certain cases, an extended limited warranty of up to 5 years for registered products.
 
If you wish to assert a warranty claim for a Gozney product, please note the following terms and conditions. Your statutory warranty rights against us as your contractual partner remain unaffected (e.g., repair, replacement, or withdrawal).

 Scope of the guarantee
 The warranty is valid only for the original end user and is void if the product is resold. Proof of purchase is required. If the product is purchased as a gift, the recipient should be listed during product registration to be eligible for the warranty.
 
The warranty is only valid if the product was purchased in a country where Gozney sells directly to end users via its own website (so-called "service areas").
 Guarantee for private use
 Warranty period:
 All Gozney stoves come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you register your stove within 60 days of purchase, the warranty is extended to 5 years.

 Warranty coverage:
 Within the warranty period, the product is guaranteed to be free from significant defects in materials and workmanship. Defective components will be repaired or replaced. If the defect is inaccessible, the entire device will be replaced.
 Warranty for commercial use
 Warranty period:
 
Gozney ovens used commercially are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. Extension is not possible.
 Replacement products are subject to the remaining term of the original warranty.
 Warranty coverage:
 The same applies here: In the event of significant material or workmanship defects, components will be repaired or replaced. If a part is inaccessible, the entire device will be replaced.
 Not covered by the warranty
 Regardless of use (private/commercial), the following points are not covered by the warranty:
 Surface reactions on metal parts
 Expansion/movement of stove skirting boards
 Discoloration due to heat or soot
 Hairline cracks in the stone, provided they do not impair the function
 Small paint chips/scratches without affecting the function
 Signs of wear on the stone (e.g. from pans)
 Damage caused by improper use, disregard of care instructions, unauthorized repairs or external influences (e.g. weather, falls, fire) are also excluded.
 
Extended warranty in detail
 The following extended warranty periods apply to registered products:
 Roccbox:
 Wender: 2 years
 Stone floor: 2 years
 Silicone discoloration/cracking: 2 years
 Thread:
 Stone floor, dock, electrical components: 2 years
 Thermometer, handles: 3 years
 Dome, Dome S1, Arc, Arc XL:
 Stone floor: 2 years
 Electrics: 2 years
 Accessories: 1 year warranty, registration not required
 This voluntary warranty expires after the respective period. Warranty promises from third parties (e.g., dealers) are not binding on Gozney. The maximum warranty claim is limited to the original purchase price.

 How to file a complaint
 If a problem occurs and you wish to make a warranty claim, please send an email to: warranty@gozney.com
 Please include the following information:
 1. Full name
 2. Serial number
 3. Photos of the affected parts
 
4. Proof of purchase
 After inspection, you will receive feedback. If the warranty claim is justified, a repair, replacement, or a partial refund (based on current value, taking into account use and wear) will be provided, depending on the case.
 If applicable, defective products must be returned at your own expense. For approved warranty claims, Gozney will cover the return shipping costs, provided the delivery address is within a service area and the product was sold directly through Gozney.
 If no warranty claim is made, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted within serviced areas.
 Installation and removal costs are not covered.
