World first: The groundbreaking Z10 with PRG for hot and cold brew coffee specialties

A masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of coffee specialties. At the touch of a button, it prepares the entire range of hot beverages, from intense espresso to a trendy flat white. Furthermore, with cold brew specialties, it opens up an entire parallel universe of coffee enjoyment for the first time. This is made possible by the Product Recognising Grinder (PRG), which recognizes the selected specialty and instantly adjusts the grind to precisely match it.

In addition, JURA has developed the groundbreaking Cold Brew Process – a truly refreshing innovation. Cold water is forced under high pressure through freshly ground coffee in a slow, pulsating motion. The result is a completely new way to experience coffee – refreshing, energizing, and wonderfully balanced in aroma.

This superlative premium fully automatic coffee machine is controlled via a dual-speed 4.3" touchscreen display and the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The specialty selection menu and artificial intelligence make operation particularly simple and intuitive. The technological quantum leap is reflected in the sculptural design. The convex-concave front section is visible evidence of the attention to detail and absolute manufacturing precision. Its high quality makes the Z10 a statement of excellent taste.

The new Product Recognising Grinder (PRG)

To ensure the optimal grind for each specialty, JURA engineers developed the Product Recognizing Grinder (PRG). Electronically controlled, the precision grinder adjusts to the predefined grind size in fractions of a second – much faster and more frequently than would be possible manually. Its grind size ranges from very fine for short classics to very coarse for longer specialties. But connoisseurs don't need to worry about this, because the adjustment is fully automatic with every preparation and, if desired, can be individually selected before each preparation thanks to the Aroma Selection feature.

Cold Brew – extremely fresh

Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the Z10 prepares true cold brew specialties. While many conventional cold coffee beverages consist of hot, cooled coffee, the Z10's extraction process is performed with cold water, pulsing, under high pressure, and generally with coarser ground coffee. The result in the cup is a natural, energizing refreshment in which the coffee's fruity flavors come to the fore without being overpowered by bitterness. Anything else would just be cold coffee.

Brewing unit Generation 8

The brewing unit is the heart of every fully automatic coffee machine. JURA has designed the eighth generation of brewing units for the Z10. With its unique 3D brewing technology, it ensures that the water flows evenly through the coffee grounds across multiple levels. This results in maximum aroma extraction, whether for hot specialties or cold brew.

Luxury at its best

For the Signature Line, JURA uses solid, three-millimeter-thick aluminum plates for the front and top sections. In complex manufacturing steps, the raw material acquires the characteristic "face" of the Z Line. The electrochemical anodizing process refines the surface. The color emphasizes both the typical material character and the design. A cup platform made of heavy, chrome-plated die-cast zinc completes the distinguished look of the Z10 Signature Line.

Of course, you will also retain your statutory warranty rights (e.g. subsequent delivery in the form of new delivery or repair) against us as your contractual partner without restriction.

In the event of a warranty claim, we will arrange for the device to be picked up from your location free of charge by a parcel service and take care of the repair. It is important that the device is securely packaged for return shipment. Upon request, we can provide you with an appropriate outer box.

Warranty conditions:
For appliances designed for household use, JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH grants the end user a manufacturer's guarantee in addition to the warranty rights vis-à-vis the seller, subject to the following conditions, provided that the JURA appliance was purchased from a specialist dealer authorized by the JURA distribution network:
The warranty period is 25 months and begins on the date of sale to the end user. The warranty period is limited to 12 months if the device is used commercially (not in a private household). The purchase date and device type must be verified by a purchase receipt.

JURA will remedy all defects within the warranty period. JURA will provide warranty service, at its discretion, through repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the machine. The performance of warranty service does not extend or restart the warranty period. Replaced parts become the property of JURA.
The warranty is void for damage or defects resulting from improper connection, improper handling, attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel, or failure to follow the instructions. In particular, failure to follow JURA's operating and maintenance instructions or the use of consumables (cleaning agents, descaling agents, water filters) that do not meet the original specifications will also void the warranty. Wear parts (e.g., seals, grinding discs, valves) are excluded from the warranty, as is damage caused by foreign objects in the grinder (e.g., stones, wood, paper clips).

Warranty services are provided in the Federal Republic of Germany. For devices purchased in one EU country and brought to another EU country, services are provided within the framework of the JURA warranty conditions applicable to that EU country.
Warranty services in Germany are carried out by JURA Elektrogeräte Vertriebs GmbH, Nuremberg, or by other JURA service centers authorized by JURA, after consultation with the service hotline on 0180-3523333 (9 cents/min. from a Deutsche Telekom landline, mobile network charges may vary).

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €69 – for orders under €6.99.
