Kai Electric Knife Sharpener AP-118 with Polishing Unit APF-118
The Kai Electric Knife Sharpener AP-118, combined with the separately usable polishing unit APF-118, restores your kitchen knives to peak performance. Two perfectly coordinated grinding phases and a fine final polish ensure your blades are razor-sharp and reliably ready for use – simply, safely, and compactly.
The integrated grinding unit consists of two pairs of ceramic whetstones arranged directly behind one another. The first pair performs the rough pre-grinding and restores dull edges. The second pair ensures a precise, clean finish. With the included APF-118 polishing unit, you can further polish your blade – for perfect final sharpness and a perfectly smooth cut.
Thanks to its compact design, ergonomic grips, and non-slip feet, the knife sharpener is ideal for use even in tight kitchen spaces. A practical cable storage compartment and a protective cover to protect against dust and dirt ensure clean storage. It's ideal for double-edged blades from the Kai knife lines.
