Care instructions
- Clean the knives by hand with lukewarm water and mild detergent
- Dry them carefully immediately after rinsing
- Not suitable for dishwasher (salt, heat and slow drying can cause damage)
- Use only flexible cutting surfaces such as wood or plastic
- Unsuitable: granite, porcelain or metal surfaces
- Do not use on bones, cartilage or frozen foods
