Kai Michel Bras Chinese Chef's Knife with Titanium Coating and Maple Wood Sheath

This Chinese chef's knife from the Kai Michel Bras series combines striking design with high precision in the kitchen. It was created in collaboration with French chef Michel Bras and the knife experts at Kai. The wide, thinly ground blade is particularly sharp and is ideal if you want to process herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients cleanly and with control.

It's important to distinguish it from a cleaver: this model is not designed for chopping. Instead, it supports you in fine cutting tasks, when dicing vegetables, or crushing individual garlic cloves. The high blade allows you to easily pick up the cut food afterwards and process it further.

The handle is made of durable laminated wood and lies comfortably in the hand due to its design, which is inspired by the Japanese chestnut shape. The surface feels particularly smooth and ensures comfortable handling. At the end of the handle, there is a hand-stamped number that identifies its function within the series and makes it easier for you to assign it.

The blade consists of three layers of stainless steel and is coated with titanium. This provides additional protection to the surface and gives it its characteristic appearance. The blade also features the symbol of "Le Suquet" and an engraved serial number. The knife is delivered with an elegant knife sheath made of hard maple wood. An integrated magnet holds the knife securely in place and protects the blade during storage.

Please clean the knife by hand only. Cleaning in the dishwasher is not suitable, as the blade and handle can be damaged.
