This universal knife from the Kai Michel Bras series impresses with its balanced size and high versatility. Developed in collaboration with renowned chef Michel Bras, it is ideal for numerous cutting tasks in your kitchen.
As a practical all-purpose knife, its size falls between a chef's knife and a small paring knife. This allows for flexible use, whether you're cutting herbs and vegetables or precisely trimming meat. The slender blade enables controlled and clean cuts for a wide variety of ingredients.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of robust laminated wood fits comfortably in your hand, ensuring secure handling. The design, inspired by the Japanese chestnut shape, supports precise movements and offers high comfort even during prolonged use.
At the end of the handle, there is a hand-stamped marking that indicates its function within the series. This allows you to quickly distinguish your knives, even when stored together.
The blade consists of three layers of stainless steel and is coated with titanium. This further protects the surface and gives the knife a high-quality appearance. An engraved serial number makes each knife a unique piece.
For protection, the knife comes with a perfectly fitting sheath made of hard maple wood. An integrated magnet ensures that the blade is securely fixed and optimally protected. Please clean the knife by hand only to maintain its quality long-term.
