Kai Michel Bras Carving Knife 23 cm – Slicing Knife with Grantons & Titanium Coating
This high-quality carving knife from the Kai Michel Bras series was developed for precise cutting and impresses with its elegant shape and excellent functionality. It is ideal if you want to cut fine and even slices of meat, fish, or delicate foods.
The long, slender blade glides effortlessly through ham, salmon, or terrines. Thanks to the Grantons on both sides, food is prevented from sticking to the blade. This allows you to achieve particularly clean cuts and obtain even, attractive slices.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of high-quality laminated wood ensures comfortable and safe handling. The design, based on the Japanese chestnut shape, fits well in your hand and offers optimal control with every movement. The surface is smooth and at the same time resistant to moisture.
At the end of the handle, there is a hand-stamped mark that indicates its function within the series. This allows you to quickly distinguish your knives, even when stored together.
The blade consists of three layers of stainless steel and is coated with titanium, which additionally protects the surface and highlights its special appearance. An engraved serial number makes each knife a unique individual piece.
For protection, the knife comes with a precisely fitting sheath made of hard maple wood. An integrated magnet ensures that the blade is securely fixed and optimally protected. Please clean the knife by hand only to maintain its quality in the long term.
