This stylish steak knife from the Kai Michel Bras series impresses with its compact form and precise cutting performance. Developed in collaboration with renowned chef Michel Bras, it is ideal for use at the table and for cutting high-quality pieces of meat.
In terms of shape and size, this knife resembles classic table knives and is particularly comfortable to hold. It is excellently suited for cutting steak, roasts, or fine cuts of meat, ensuring clean and precise cuts. Its balanced design allows for comfortable and controlled handling.
The handle is made of high-quality laminated wood and features a design inspired by the Japanese chestnut shape. This ensures that the knife rests securely in your hand and offers a pleasant tactile experience. The surface is smooth and at the same time resistant to moisture.
At the end of the handle is a hand-stamped marking that indicates its function within the series. This allows you to quickly and easily distinguish your knives, even when stored together.
The blade consists of three layers of stainless steel and is coated with titanium. This provides additional surface protection and gives the knife a high-quality appearance. An engraved serial number makes each knife a unique piece.
For protection, the knife comes with a precisely fitting sheath made of hard maple wood. An integrated magnet ensures that the blade is securely fixed and optimally protected. Please clean the knife exclusively by hand to maintain its quality long-term.
