Pasta Press Pasta Fresca KAX92.A0ME – Kenwood Original Accessories
With the Pasta Fresca KAX92.A0ME pasta press, you can shape your own pasta dough into uniform pasta forms for that authentic Italian pasta experience. Simply attach the press to the slow-speed outlet of your Kenwood food processor, add the dough, and let the press extrude clean, consistent shapes. This ensures consistent results that are easy to work with and incorporate into sauces.
The shaping inserts are made of bronze and create a slightly textured pasta surface. This allows sauces to adhere better to the pasta, enhancing both flavor and mouthfeel.
