c) Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum, d. h. dem Datum, an dem ein Verbraucher das Produkt bei einem Händler oder einem Unternehmen der KitchenAid Gruppe gekauft hat.

d) Die Garantie bezieht sich auf die Mangelfreiheit des Produkts.

e) Sollte während der Garantiefrist ein Mangel auftreten, so gewährt der Garantiegeber dem Verbraucher im Rahmen dieser Garantie die folgenden Leistungen nach Wahl des Garantiegebers: Reparatur des mangelhaften Produkts oder Produktteils oder Austausch des Produkts oder Produktteils. Sofern ein Produkt nicht mehr verfügbar ist, ist der Garantiegeber berechtigt, das Produkt gegen ein gleich- oder höherwertiges Produkt auszutauschen.

f) Sofern der Verbraucher die Garantie in Anspruch nehmen will, hat er sich an die länderspezifischen KitchenAid-Kundendienstzentren oder direkt an den Garantiegeber zu wenden:

g) Die Kosten für die Reparatur einschließlich der Ersatzteile und die Portokosten für die Lieferung eines mangelfreien Produkts oder Produktteils trägt der Garantiegeber. Ebenso trägt der Garantiegeber die Portokosten für die Rücksendung des mangelhaften Produkts oder Produktteils, sofern die Einsendung des Produkts oder Produktteils vom Garantiegeber oder dem länderspezifischen KitchenAid-Kundendienstzentrum gefordert wurde. Der Verbraucher hat jedoch die Kosten für eine angemessene Versandverpackung des Produkts bzw. des Produktteils zu tragen.

h) Voraussetzung für die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie ist die Vorlage des Kassenbelegs oder der Rechnung.

2) Einschränkungen der Garantie

a) Die Garantie gilt nur für Produkte, die für private Zwecke genutzt werden. Bei beruflicher oder gewerblicher Nutzung gilt sie nicht.
b) Sie gilt nicht im Fall von normalem Verschleiß, unsachgemäßer oder missbräuchlicher Verwendung, Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung, Gebrauch des Produkts bei falscher elektrischer Spannung, Installation und Betrieb unter Verletzung der geltenden elektrischen Vorschriften, Gewaltanwendung (z. B. Schläge).
c) Sie gilt nicht, wenn das Produkt verändert oder umgebaut wurde, z. B. Umbauten von 120-V-Geräten zu 220–240-V-Geräten.
d) Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlängerung der Garantiefrist noch setzen sie eine neue Frist in Lauf. Für Ersatzteile endet die Garantie mit der des gesamten Geräts.
e) Weitergehende oder andere Ansprüche insbesondere auf Schadensersatz sind – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – ausgeschlossen. Nach Ablauf der Garantie stehen die KitchenAid-Kundendienstzentren für Fragen weiterhin zur Verfügung.
