KoMo FIDIFLOC MEDIUM – Compact. Combined. Clever.
All under one hood: The KoMo FIDIFLOC MEDIUM combines two proven classics – the powerful FIDIBUS MEDIUM grain mill and the high-quality FLICFLOC hand flaker – into a smart combination device for fresh flour and flakes directly from a single compact unit. Ideal for those who value space, quality, and versatility.
Thanks to its sophisticated design, the flocker doesn't require any additional attachment to the table edge. If you still want to use it separately or take it with you on a trip, the hand flocker can be removed in just a few steps. A suitable screw clamp and a glass are included.

Ground & crushed material – What you can process:
- Soft grains: wheat, spelt, rye, kamut, einkorn, emmer, green kernel, barley, oats (ground)
- Hard grains & pseudo-grains: millet, corn, amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat, brown rice
- Legumes: lentils, peas, beans, soybeans, chickpeas, lupins
- Spices: caraway, coriander, cardamom, cloves, mustard seeds, rosemary, thyme
- Coffee: all types of roasted beans (replacement grinder recommended)
- Oilseeds (flakes): linseed, poppy, chia, oats, sesame, amaranth
Note: The flaking crank is longer than the casing is tall. We recommend mounting it on the side or using the optional grain drawer as a base.
