KoMo FIDIFLOC 21 – Compact, clever & powerful
Two functions under one roof: The space-saving combination of the proven FIDIBUS 21 grain mill and the FLICFLOC hand flaker makes the FIDIFLOC 21 the perfect kitchen helper for fresh flour and crispy flakes – without compromising on performance or design.
The flaker requires no additional attachment to the edge of the table. For mobile use, the FLICFLOC can be removed in a few easy steps – a screw clamp is included. Please note: The flaker crank is longer than the housing is tall – side operation is required or can be optionally combined with a matching drawer.

- 250 watt industrial motor – powerful, quiet and efficient
- Grinding capacity: approx. 100 g wheat per minute
- Crushing capacity: approx. 80–130 g of oats per minute
- Stepless grinding adjustment by simply turning the funnel
- Grinding stones: Self-sharpening made of corundum ceramic
- Flaker: stainless steel rollers (nickel-free) with high-quality ball bearings

- Soft grains: wheat, spelled, rye, kamut, einkorn, emmer, barley, green kernel, oats (only ground)
- Spices: pepper, caraway, mustard seeds, coriander, cardamom (peeled), thyme, fennel, rosemary, cloves
- Oilseeds (flakes only): poppy, linseed, sesame, chia, amaranth
Note: When using roasted coffee beans or intense spices, we recommend a separate interchangeable grinder to ensure taste neutrality.
