Application & Care
- Before first use, clean thoroughly with hot soapy water and dry
- Lightly rub the non-stick surface with vegetable oil
- When cooking, use kitchen utensils made of silicone, wood or heat-resistant plastic
- Cooking at medium to low heat produces the best results
- For fat-free cooking, preheat the pan over medium heat
- Cleaning: Allow to cool before rinsing, do not immerse in cold water
