Masterbuilt MDS230S – Gas-powered smoker
With the MDS230S gas-powered smoker, you can effortlessly create delicious dishes with a delicate smoky aroma. The robust steel body with its black high-temperature coating gives the smoker a durable and stylish look. A stainless steel gas burner provides reliable heat and is easily activated with a push-button ignition.
After adding wood chips and lighting the burner, simply set the desired temperature using the rotary knob. The integrated thermometer in the door keeps you informed of the current temperature inside the cooking chamber at all times. Four chrome-plated smoking racks offer a generous cooking area of 4720 cm² – ideal for large quantities and a variety of foods.
A removable, porcelain-coated water pan provides extra moisture and helps ensure juicy results. The ventilation flap allows you to regulate not only the airflow, but also smoke production and humidity. The smoker can be operated with either propane or charcoal and, thanks to its even heat distribution, can be used year-round.
