This high-quality set combines a chef's knife and a utility knife of the highest quality, artfully crafted and perfectly balanced for precise cutting in the kitchen.
Each blade boasts a distinctive, uniquely patterned Damascus design and is complemented by elegant handles made of deep red and black grained Pakkawood . The knives feel comfortable in the hand and combine traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern precision.
For safe storage and stylish presentation, both knives are housed in a high-quality aluminum case with a custom-fit leather sheath . Each set is individually numbered, making it a truly unique piece .

Rinse the knives thoroughly with hot water before first use. After each use, clean them with mild dish soap, rinse with clean water, and dry carefully with a soft cloth. Immediate cleaning is especially important after cutting acidic foods.
Always wipe the blades from the back of the knife towards the edge to avoid injuries. Never put the knives in the dishwasher – this protects the material and preserves the sharpness of the blades in the long term.
Sharpening & Maintenance
Avoid leaving knives with natural wood handles in water for extended periods. Regularly treat the handles and blades with neutral vegetable oil or camellia oil . To maintain their exceptional sharpness, professionally sharpen the knives from time to time – ideally with a whetstone . Honing steels are unsuitable due to the high hardness of the blades.
Storage
Bewahre deine Messer so auf, dass die Schneiden nicht mit anderen metallischen Gegenständen in Kontakt kommen. Ideal ist die Aufbewahrung in einem Messerblock , einem Holz-Schubladeneinsatz , an einer Magnetleiste oder in einem Klingenschutz in der Schublade.
