The Shun Classic series combines centuries-old samurai techniques with modern manufacturing – for knives that not only impress visually but also perform professionally. Of particular note is the hollow grind , which significantly reduces the sticking of cut material through small indentations along the blade. Ideal for precise, wafer-thin slices – completely without resistance.
