The blades consist of 32 layers of high-quality Damascus steel with an extremely hard VG-10 steel core (approx. 61±1 HRC). The hand-hammered Tsuchime surface not only provides an elegant design but also reduces food sticking. The symmetrically shaped walnut handles are comfortable to hold and ensure a secure grip – for both right- and left-handed users.
