Care & Cleaning

Clean the knife by hand after each use with lukewarm water and a mild dish soap. Then dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. Never put the knife in the dishwasher – this will help maintain its sharpness and quality.

Regularly treat the wooden handle with a little linseed or coconut oil to keep the wood supple. The steak board should also be lightly oiled regularly after hand washing to preserve its natural structure and protect it from drying out.
