Combining a charcoal grill and smoker, the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 stays true to the traditional charcoal grill while demonstrating cutting-edge technological advancements. Equipped with the DigitalFan™, the smoker automatically maintains the desired temperature, which you set on the digital control panel or via the smartphone app. Smart device control is available via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
With the Masterbuilt app, you can monitor the meat temperature with the standard meat thermometer or set the desired smoking temperature and time. It also offers a shopping list function and numerous recipes. You can also control multiple Gravity grills with a single smartphone, or one Gravity grill with different smartphones. The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 digital charcoal grill and smoker reaches temperatures up to 370°C in no time.

If you own a Masterbuilt Gravity 800 grill, you'll definitely appreciate the large charcoal hopper. The charcoal automatically slides into the Masterbuilt GravityFed™ fuel hopper, promising up to 10 hours of continuous operation. Smoking, grilling, baking, and smoking are all possible, even on multiple levels simultaneously.
The main grilling surface is equipped with two 30x41 cm cast iron grates, which allow for grilling or smoking by simply turning them. The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 charcoal grill also comes standard with two warming racks, each measuring 59x22 cm. And if that's not enough, a cast iron plancha grill plate is included!
