Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 – Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker
With the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800, you get a charcoal grill that combines traditional grilling techniques with modern technology. The integrated DigitalFan™ automatically maintains your chosen temperature – controlled via the digital control panel or conveniently via smartphone. Smart device control works via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, giving you complete control over your grill.
The Masterbuilt app lets you monitor temperatures, set cooking times, and use the integrated meat thermometer. You also have access to recipe ideas and handy shopping lists. The grill reaches impressive temperatures of up to 370°C in a short time and is suitable for grilling, baking, smoking, and roasting – even on multiple levels simultaneously.

- 107°C in approximately 8 minutes
- 230°C in approximately 10 minutes
- 370°C in approximately 14 minutes
The generous GravityFed™ fuel hopper holds up to 5 kg of charcoal or 7 kg of briquettes. The charcoal slides down automatically, ensuring a consistent burn time of up to 10 hours – ideal for long BBQ sessions.
The main grilling area consists of two reversible cast iron grates (each 30 x 41 cm), which can be used for grilling or smoking, depending on which side you choose. Two additional warming racks and a cast iron griddle plate are included to further expand your grilling options.
