The Vitamix A2300i from the Ascent Series combines powerful performance with user-friendly operation that truly helps you in everyday life. The motor reliably processes even tougher ingredients, while the minimalist red design makes a striking statement on your countertop. The digital timer lets you keep track of the blending process without having to count.
The integrated SELF-DETECT technology automatically recognizes the container being used and adjusts the mixing process accordingly. This allows you to switch flexibly between applications, whether you want to prepare a single serving for on the go or a larger quantity for several people.

- 10 speed settings: Adjust the texture from fine and creamy to coarse.
- Pulse function: Ideal for short chopping, quick shredding and controlled pulses.

SELF-DETECT technology
- It automatically recognizes the attached container and adjusts the mixing time and speed accordingly.
- Compatible with the SELF-DETECT container line of the Ascent Series for an expandable mixing system.
