The Vitamix A2300i from the Ascent Series is a powerful blender for your kitchen if you value control and versatility. Its strong motor reliably processes even tough ingredients, while the controls allow for precise operation. Finished in slate gray, the appliance has a sleek and modern look, with a clean, technical aesthetic that blends seamlessly into many kitchen styles.
Thanks to SELF-DETECT technology, the blender automatically recognizes the attached container and adjusts the blending time and speed accordingly. This gives you consistent results without the need for lengthy readjustments each time, and allows you to flexibly expand your blending system with compatible containers.
Full control while mixing
- 10 speed settings: Determine the consistency from finely pureed to coarsely mixed.
- Pulse function: For short pulses, rapid shredding and targeted reprocessing.
