The KAI Shun Nagare Black utility knife NDC-0701S is a handy kitchen knife for precise cutting tasks. With its 15 cm blade, it is suitable for peeling, trimming, and cutting fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other smaller ingredients.
The forged blade made of 72 layers of Damascus steel combines VG2 and VG10 steel types. The distinctive Damascus pattern and the highly polished surface give the knife a special look and support controlled cutting.
The symmetrically shaped handle made of black mottled Pakka wood fits comfortably in your hand. Its compact form makes the knife particularly suitable for fine work and a useful addition to larger kitchen knives.
