The Kai Shun small Santoku is a traditional Japanese all-purpose knife for the highest demands. The term "Santoku" stands for the three virtues of fish, meat, and vegetables – and this knife is perfect for precisely these cutting tasks. The 14 cm long blade is made of 32 layers of stainless Damascus steel with an extremely hard VG MAX steel core.
