This compact paring knife from the Kai Michel Bras series is ideal for fine and precise cutting tasks in your kitchen. Developed in collaboration with the renowned chef Michel Bras, it impresses with its handy shape and high control for intricate tasks.
The short, slender blade is perfect for peeling, cutting, and preparing fruits and vegetables. Smaller tasks such as removing seeds or precisely cutting ingredients can also be done effortlessly. Its compact size gives you optimal control over your cuts at all times.
The ergonomically shaped handle made of high-quality laminated wood fits comfortably in your hand and ensures safe handling. The design, inspired by the Japanese chestnut shape, offers precise guidance with every movement. The surface is smooth and resistant to moisture.
At the end of the handle, there is a hand-engraved marking that indicates its function within the series. This allows you to quickly distinguish your knives, even when stored together.
The blade consists of three layers of stainless steel and is coated with titanium. This further protects the surface and gives the knife a high-quality look. An engraved serial number makes each knife a unique piece.
For protection, the knife comes with a perfectly fitting sheath made of hard maple wood. An integrated magnet ensures that the blade is securely fixed and optimally protected. Please clean the knife exclusively by hand to maintain its quality long-term.
